How to get a Student License:

REQUIREMENTS  you need for a Student Permit license application:

• Original and photocopy of birth certificate*
• If employed, Taxpayer’s Identification Number (TIN)
• A filled out application for driver’s license (ADL).

*Applicants not yet 18 years old need a parent’s or guardian’s written consent with a photocopy of an ID card as proof of identity. If parent or guardian is not present, the written consent must be notarized.

QUALIFICATIONS you need to apply for a Student Permit license:

• Must be at least 17 years old
• Must be physically and mentally fit to operate a motor vehicle
• Must be literate in either Filipino or English

How to Renew your Driver's License: LTO Renewal Requirements REQUIREMENTS you need to renew your license: Current Non-Professional Driver’s License (NPDL), Professional Driver’s License (PDL) or Conductor’s License (CL) may apply for its renewal at least 1 month before its expiration but not more than two (2) years therefrom;  Medical Certificates issued by any licensed and practicing physician and valid within fifteen (15) days from the date issued. Tax Identification Number (TIN) (only for professional driver’s license applicants). Payment of required fees and charges. Personal appearance for photo-taking and biometric signature.
